Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _Logistics Manager_ _located in _Guadalajara, North_._
- Reporting to the Sr Director, of Logistics Americas, the Logistics Manager role _ensures the implementation of strategies, including supply chain activities to ensure the logistics function achieves its operational and organizational targets to_ create and sustain value for the business and its customers._
What a typical day looks like:
- _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience_
- _ Direct daily distribution activities including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and ensuring materials meet production and shipping requirements._
- _ Generate and analyze warehouse productivity reports; adhere to budget requirements and present planning-related reports to senior management._
- _ Implement and improve logistics processes, such as replenishment and data interchange systems, and contribute to operational efficiency and cost reduction initiatives._
- _ Facilitate coordination between operational departments to expedite production schedules and assist with material and work planning._




- _ Develop relationships with strategic customers and vendors, resolving operational issues and ensuring effective communication._
- _ Oversee warehouse safety programs and equipment maintenance, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and recommending upgrades as needed._
- _ Implement HR strategies for recruiting and retaining a qualified and motivated workforce._
- _ Act as an escalation point for senior management, providing insights and recommendations on critical issues and strategic projects._
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience_
- _ Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment._
- _ Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations._
- _ Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory control, and distribution methods._
- _ Use of the following tools may be required: Inspection: components, measuring tools; Office Skills: telephones, data entry, office software to include, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation package; Warehouse: forklift, electronic scales, pallet jack, staple gun, cycle counting, kitting._
- _ Advanced English level_
- _ Availability to travel_
- _ Nice to have APICS or IATA certification_
