**About the Role**
We are seeking a Senior Workday Prism Developer to join our dynamic Data & Analytics team. In this senior-level role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining impactful data solutions within Workday Prism Analytics, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role will focus on integrating external data sources, building complex reports, and partnering with Finance and IT stakeholders to deliver advanced analytics and reporting. Additionally, familiarity with Power BI and related tools will be advantageous for collaborating on cross-platform solutions.

**Responsibilities**:
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Workday Prism data pipelines and reports that provide actionable insights for senior leadership and business users.
- Build complex data models, schemas, and transformations that ensure data quality, integrity, and performance within Workday Prism.
- Lead the integration of external data sources with Workday data through Workday Prism to enable comprehensive, cross-functional reporting and analysis.
- Create and maintain advanced reports and dashboards using Workday reporting tools such as Report Writer, Composite Reporting, and Prism Analytics.
- Collaborate closely with data engineers, analysts, and key stakeholders to deliver end-to-end data solutions in Workday Prism, and work with Power BI as needed to support broader organizational reporting.
- Implement and monitor performance optimization techniques,



ensuring efficient data processing and seamless reporting across platforms (Workday Prism, Power BI).
- Respond to system issues and performance concerns, driving continuous improvement and ensuring mínimal downtime.
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- 4 to 5 years of experience in Workday Prism Analytics and Workday Reporting.
- Proficiency in designing complex data models, data pipelines, and reports within Workday.
- Strong understanding of data transformation, SQL, and integrating external data with Workday Prism.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize Workday reports and Prism data flows for performance and efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to lead projects, work independently or in a team environment, and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and mentor junior team members.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in leading Workday Prism development initiatives.
- Experience supporting Finance reporting functions in a senior role.
- Workday Prism Certification.
- Experience with Power BI, including tenant administration, is highly desirable.




- Experience working with both Workday and Power BI to deliver comprehensive data solutions.
- Familiarity with data modeling, DAX, and Power Query is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Lake Gen 2, and Delta Lakehouse.
