- Work closely with the Manufacturing department to ensure that products meet quality standards and required specifications.
- Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Utilize advanced technical skills to solve complex engineering problems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Illustrator, Minitab, or other statistical tools, Lean Six Sigma, and project management tools.
- Advanced technical skills in using CNC machinery and other relevant equipment.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English with integral teams.
Experiência y requisitos
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaboration with Manufacturing: Work with the manufacturing team to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
- Bill of Materials (BOMs): Create and maintain the necessary bills of materials for production.
- Production Routes: Define and optimize production routes, including color, corner, measurement, and material specifications.
- Machinery Operation: Use and program CNC machinery, routers, turrets, silk screen, and flexographic printing.
- Detail Creation: Create and maintain accurate details for existing products.
- Customer Service Relations (CSR): Work with the customer service team to resolve technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Tooling: Develop and maintain tools and equipment necessary for production.




- Machine Technologies: Operate and maintain advanced machine technologies.
- AutoCAD: Use AutoCAD to design and modify products and components.
- Validations and Qualifications: Perform product validations and qualifications to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with internal and external teams.
- Advanced English: Advanced English proficiency is required for communication with global teams.
**Requirements**:
- Experience as a Product Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer.
- Proficiency in SAP and ERP systems.
- Advanced technical skills in using AutoCAD and CNC machinery.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
