**Position: Real Estate Development Marketing Coordinator**
**Location: Guadalajara/ Puerto Vallarta, Mexico**
**Type: Full-time/On contract**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for real estate development projects.
- Manage social media channels and content creation.
- Coordinate production of marketing materials such as digital brochures, ads, videos, etc.
- Overseeing digital campaigns and brand promotion.
- Organize promotional events and manage relationships with clients and vendors.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Conduct market research to understand the target audience, competitors, and trends in the real estate market to inform marketing decisions.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a marketing coordinator role within real estate development.
- Expertise in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proven ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines consistently.
