This is a work from home opportunity, and we are seeking remote **Engineering or Manufacturing Recruiter** in **Mexico.**
**Rate in USD: $10**
**Responsibilities**:
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for roles in engineering, manufacturing, production, supply chain, IT, accounting & finance, and professional services
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and job requirements.
- Offer Negotiation: Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and contract terms, to ensure successful placements.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in recruiting for direct hire roles, preferably in the Northeast US region.
- Strong understanding of industries including defense/aerospace, electronics, pharmaceuticals, and mechanical manufacturing.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Fluent in English (C1 level or equivalent)
- Must be outgoing, adaptable,



and organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
