We are currently seeking a Clinical Study Manager II to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Clinical Study Manager II at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in designing and analyzing clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contributing to the advancement of inNvative treatments and therapies.
**What you will be doing**:
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of complex clinical trials, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and project timelines.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including investigators, vendors, and internal stakeholders, to drive the successful implementation of advanced clinical studies.
- Develop and manage comprehensive study plans, budgets, and timelines, optimizing resource utilization and maintaining a focus on efficiency.
- Spearhead the resolution of intricate issues and challenges that may arise during clinical trials, employing strategic problem-solving skills and effective communication strategies.
- Implement and oversee robust monitoring and validation processes throughout the study lifecycle, ensuring data integrity and maintaining high-quality standards.
**You are**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline; advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) is a plus.
- Extensive experience in clinical study management, showcasing a good grasp of the drug development process and regulatory landscape.
- Proven ability in project management, handling multiple tasks concurrently,



and effectively prioritizing duties.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with diverse cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Detail-oriented with an unwavering dedication to data accuracy and maintaining the highest quality standards in advanced clinical trials, High english level.
