We're seeking a dedicated **Remote SMS Marketing Manager** to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing inbound and outbound SMS traffic for our real estate marketing platform.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- **Inbound SMS Management**: Respond promptly to incoming SMS messages from potential clients, identifying motivated prospects and nurturing them through the sales funnel.
- **Prospect Qualification**: Sift through leads to identify those with a genuine interest in our services.
- **Sales Team Coordination**: Schedule phone calls with motivated prospects and seamlessly transfer them to our sales team for further discussion.
- **Data Management**: Tag and categorize prospects within our software based on their responses, ensuring accurate tracking and efficient follow-up.
- **Drip Campaign Management**: Implement personalized drip campaigns to nurture leads and maintain engagement.
- **Appointment Confirmation**: Confirm scheduled phone calls with prospects and ensure they are ready to discuss their real estate needs.
