Accounting Management:
- Account Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliations of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank accounts, ensuring accuracy and consistency in accounting records.
- Transaction Recording: Accurately and timely record and classify all accounting/financial transactions in SAP.
- Cost Tracking: Record various operational costs resulting from product imports.
- Report Preparation: Prepare financial reports related to reconciled accounts, such as accounts receivable and payable reports, and bank summaries.
Financial Analysis:
- Prepare financial statements.
- Identify and analyze discrepancies in accounting records.
Regulatory Compliance:
Quality Control:
- Review and verify the accuracy of financial records and supporting documentation, performing internal audits as needed.
Collaboration and Advisory:




- Work closely with the financial manager to implement improvements in financial processes and procedures. Focus on continuous improvement.
- Actively seek ways to optimize and automate accounting processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
- Contribute to the development and updating of accounting policies and procedures to ensure alignment with best practices and current regulations.
In depth knowledge of:
- Experience with accounting software and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Excellent communication skills.
