We are seeking a dynamic Full Cycle Recruiter to join our team.
- **Key Responsibilities**_
- Client Relationship Management: Understand client needs and maintain strong relationships.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews.
- Offer Negotiation and Closure: Negotiate terms and close job offers.
- Recruitment Strategy Development: Create strategies to meet client needs.
- **Required Competencies**_
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English. You must be in the TOP 1% of english fluency to be considered.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships effectively.
- Negotiation Skills: Skilled in negotiating employment terms.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Able to identify and solve recruitment challenges.
- Market Knowledge: Understanding of industry trends.
- Organizational Skills:



Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- **Qualifications**_
- Must be able to work 8A MST to 5P MST
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 8 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
- 5 years of experience recruiting in accounting/finance roles for U.S. based companies.
- Proven track record of effective recruiting strategies and successful placements.
