**Job Title: Remote CNC Programmer/Operator (100% Work From Home)**
**Location**: Remote from Latin America
**Position Type**: Full-time
**Salary**:$2,500 USD/month
**Schedule**:Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM EST

**Job Overview**:
Reporting into the Manager, Fabrication & Die Build,



the CNC Programmer / Operator is responsible for the accurate and timely machining and programming of company parts. A critical function within the company, CNC Operators exhibit keen attention to detail and ensure the highest of quality standards when building and developing products. Parts that are built by the team are relied upon by production as well as in the factories of the world's leading companies.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Operating and Programming of CNC machines**:
- Programming of CNC machines, ensuring manufacturing processes are optimized
- Setting up CNC Machine to customer and drawing specific requirements
- Reading and understanding engineering drawings including familiarity with GD&T; Understand and interpreting CNC programs
- **Cross Departmental Administration and Coordination**:
- Accurately recording machine hours usage per job
- Completing in-process documentation, including times in Internal Work Orders (IWO)
- Being part of a work environment that promotes success, teamwork and continuous improvement
- Making recommendations to the Supervisor to improve productivity and quality
- Acting as a technical source of information for Supervisor as required
- Any other duties as assigned by Manager or Supervisor
**Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies**:
- Experience in similar roles in the manufacturing industry
- Ability to work under pressure, ensuring all tasks are completed in the most efficient way
- Experience programming machinery remotely
- Nice to have: metal and tool die exp
Pay: $49,562.72 per month
