- Communicate with customers regarding their outstanding debts and arrange payment solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.

**Requirements**:
- 6 months of Call Center Experience: We're looking for individuals with prior call center experience to excel in this role.
- Collections Experience: Knowledge of collections practices and procedures is a must.
- Advanced English Level: Effective communication in English is essential.
