We're looking for a Senior Billing Analyst to help us streamline billing processes and ensure financial accuracy, contributing to the company's long-term success and customer trust.

- Reporting to the Senior Manager, Revenue Accounting
As a Senior Billing Analyst, you'll
- Participate in the customer billing process, including creating/sending invoices to customers, resolving customer payment disputes, keeping track of customer agreements and invoices, and the day-to-day correspondence of customer inquiries regarding invoicing
- Own the customer onboarding process, including filling out customer vendor forms and setting up and maintaining customer portal accounts
- Partner with cross functional teams to be a point of contact regarding billing questions
- Streamline the AR process through process improvements and automation
