**REQUIREMENTS:
- Advanced skill in **Atlassian Confluence **for technical document creation and update.
- Write well designed, efficient code and ensure design follows standard specifications provided.
- Experienced in ServiceNow for Incident, Problem and Change Management process.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to work independently as well as part of a core team.
- Strong ability to initiate and manage production support calls and co-ordinate with stakeholders in the call.
- **Good experience on Database: Oracle / MSSQL DB
- Quick adaptability to new technologies and tools
- Must have skills related to Production support, Deployment activities.
- Exposure to deployment tools such as Jenkins,



GitHub and other CICD tools
- Adaptable working in shift hours if required during P1/P2 incidents
- **Good to have experience with Agile methodologies, Jira is a big plus.
