Your duties involve the following but not limited to:
- Warehouse Management Support for Manhattan SCALE- L1,L2 and L3:
- Support user creation
- Learn Warehouse Inbound and outbound flow
- Support basic configuration for inbound and outbound flow
- Manhattan SCALE GUI L3 usage for inbound and outbound flow.
- Support L1,L2 and L3 user issues
- Help and support Microsoft SQL
- Write Queries and SPs for SQL DB
- Support data issues in DB by querying WMS tables and be able to identify root cause issues.
- Helpdesk tickets: Assigning ticket, routing tickets
- Flagging tickets and assuring tickets are closed
- Integration L3 support
- Support integration of Shopify with Manhattan WMS
- SSRS and develop report
- ZPL codding and develop UCC-128 labels
- Ecommerce: Support ecommerce fulfillment: Update website with product pictures)
- Able to take a full WMS Manhattan SCALE implementation through its life cycle of:
1. Discovery meeting
2.



Is able to ask all proper questions needed to configure Manhattan system
3. Functional flow development
4. Full cycle unit testing
5. Full Manhattan configuration
6. Promotion to production
7. Post Go live support
