**Description**
This person will assist in the control of the telecommunications expenses and budgeting process, relationship, orders and disputes with carriers/vendors. Also will be responsible to create executive reports of KPI of the telecommunications area.
**Accountabilities**
- Analyze and optimize telecommunication expenses.
- Elaborate executive reports of operations and telecommunications expenses.
- Executive reports of KPIs.
- Telecom vendors/carriers relationship with account managers US/Mex.
- Accounts payable management for communications expenses KCSR.
- Elaboration of purchasing requisitions.
- Dispute and management of telecommunications products and services.
- Performance analysis and reports.
**Required**
- Administration or similar
- English
- Finance/technology
- Knowledge of Microsoft office and Dashboard/reporting tools
- Technology
- Negotiation skills
**Preferred**
- Expense management experience
- Administration experience
