Team Overview:
This position plays a key role on planning the allocation of resources for DiDi Foods in Latam. Intelectual Curiosity & a data driven mentality is key to run analysis that drive to find insights that drive to actions on how to better allocate our resources.
The scope of the position is quite wide, as it leads the definition of targets and budget allocation to all areas of our operation. It's important that the person in this role has good stakeholder management skills, as it will be working with all areas.
Role Responsibilities:
- Working with all different areas in the company
- Distributing the budget across different teams & countries, finding insights from the different teams on how to make the operation more efficient
- Having a second focus is to have a wide understanding of the business, finding key insights that lead to actions
- The impact of this role is valued by every team in the organization,



as it leads the definition of their budget and operational targets
