**Job Descrip**tions**:
- Calculate labor and material requirements for mechanical and electrical work to ensure timely completion and adherence to established quality standards.
- Perform maintenance on electrical systems and assets, including pumps, electrical systems, and other mechanical and electrical equipment in construction, ensuring timely execution and compliance with quality standards.
- Submit requests for goods, materials, and stock items to TRM through the Construction Admin.
- Supervise project work related to mechanical and electrical systems, including new PLN connections, PLN power upgrades, and new PDAM connections.
- Address resident complaints related to mechanical and electrical work, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to quality standards.




- Prepare routine reports, including daily work reports related to mechanical and electrical activities, in accordance with specified deadlines.
**Job Qualifications**:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in in the ME field and pump clumping.
- Knowledge of instruments, electrical panels, and PABX systems.
- Familiarity with electrical schematics and single-phase, two-phase, and three-phase power systems.
- Computer literacy (Ms. Office).
- Willing to be placed in Balikpapan.
