**What you will do**
- Develop and implement change management strategies;
- Assess and manage the impact of changes on people, processes, and systems;
- Facilitate communication, training, and stakeholder engagement to ensure adoption of new practices or technologies;
- Minimize resistance and address concerns from employees and stakeholders;
- Measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and make adjustments as needed.
**Must haves**
- 3+ years of experience in program and change management.
- Proficiency in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
- Strong stakeholder management.
- In-depth knowledge of Asana.
- Project Management Expertise.
- Data Analysis skills.
- Experience using Slack, Google Workspaces and Jira;
- Upper-intermediate English level.
**Nice to haves**
- Learning & Development (L&D;) Experience;
- Voice of the Customer (VoC) Program Management;
- Coaching & Mentoring experience;
- Familiarity with survey platforms like Qualtrics,



SurveyMonkey, or Medallia to capture customer feedback for VoC programs.
