Hydro General Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.
**About the job and your team**:
**You will work on**:
- The major purpose of the role is to serve locations running S/4 and other SAP versions as their ERP platform by:
- User administration (Consultants, Developers, SAP Basis Administrators, System user, Business users)
- Assisting business and technical teams in developing concepts of Segregation of Duties and Critical Access
- Design, implementation and administration of roles in our SAP environment (e.g. ECC, S/4 HANA, Fiori and BW)
- Analysis and resolving problems related to access and user administration in SAP
- Participate in roll-out and functional enhancement projects
- Support business/project in different time zone and flexible working different shifts as per support requirement
- Actively search and analyze information regarding authorizations (Internet forum, SAP Notes)
- Reflect changes in processes and documentation; adjustments in accordance to organizational changes (up-date documents, role changes, user changes, information)
- Regular administration, housekeeping and documentation
- Perform daily tasks in the global ticketing system

**Your qualifications and skills**:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in similar role, where you were responsible for control and admin of SAP Authorizations (e.g.: SAP user administrator, SAP security consultant within ECC6 / S4 HANA)
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Experienced with SAP security, segregation of duties SOD tools (like SAP GRC), authorization management and user administration
- Solid understanding of SAP environment security concept and SAP technical architecture & system design
- Ability to perform SAP Authorization, profile development, able to support and manage SAP authorizations
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of basic project management procedures within IT
- Knowledge of basic change management procedures within IT
- Ability to communicate with business areas to ensure business needs are being addressed effectively
