**Job Overview**:

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be a key advisor in attracting, assessing, and selecting top talent for our portfolio companies. Reporting to the Talent Management Lead, you will help drive digital transformation by implementing innovative tools and strategies tailored to each company’s needs.
**Working Hours are from Monday's to Friday's, Pacific Time Zone.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Assisting the Talent Management Lead in managing the company's referral program to foster a hiring culture that emphasizes fit and promotes a healthy work environment.
- Conducting Competency-Based Interviews (CBI), Behavior-Based Interviews (BBI), and Video-Based Interviews (VBI) using structured approaches and questioning techniques.
- Handling onboarding processes, including legal paperwork, purchase orders, emergency contacts, and contract reviews.
- Taking responsibility for HR administration tasks, including employee onboarding, offboarding, HRIS management, and maintaining HR documentation.
- Assisting project coordinators, validating timesheets, negotiating counter offers, analyzing turnover rates, and taking appropriate action.
- Maintaining HR procedures compliant with labor regulations.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong experience conducting Competency-Based Interviews (CBI), Behavior-Based Interviews (BBI), and Video-Based Interviews (VBI) using structured techniques to assess technical skills and competencies.
- Familiarity with HRIS management, onboarding processes, and handling legal paperwork related to employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican labor laws and compliance with local regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage referral programs and foster a culture of hiring that emphasizes organizational fit.
- Proficient in HR administration tasks, such as validating timesheets, negotiating counter offers, and managing HR documentation.
