**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or in a related field _ More than 5 years experience in Quality Assurance in Automotive industry _ Familiar with Quality Methods such as 8D, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, control plans, SPC, MSA, etc. _ Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes and Lean Manufacturing concepts _ Preferably internal auditor training IATF 16949, ISO9001, Six Sigma, Problem Solving _ MS-Office and SAP _ Flexibility to adapt to different project requirements and environments _ Good social, team and communication skills _ Based in Robert Bosch Ciudad Juarez Mexico, willingness to frequent travels (in USA and Mexico) _ Good ability to manage business relationship with internal customers and external suppliers _ Proactive and structured working style and ability to work under pressure _ Fluently English language skill both written and spoken _ Openness to work in a general team
