**Senior Design Verification Engineer - DFT**

**Job Summary**: We are seeking a Design Verification Engineer to join an innovative team focused on developing and verifying the most advanced DRAM and emerging memory products. This role involves evaluating the functionality and performance of high-density circuit designs and collaborating with global design and verification teams.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop verification infrastructure and environments for DFT test modes.
- Provide verification support to design teams by simulating and analyzing pre-silicon designs.
- Develop SystemVerilog testbench infrastructure (UVM and constrained random verification methodology).
- Execute test plans, run regressions, and ensure code and functional coverage.




- Collaborate with international teams to create new verification methodologies.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent, with 3-7 years of experience.
- Deep understanding of CMOS and DRAM circuit design and operation.
- Familiarity with SystemVerilog and UVM verification methodologies.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
**What Sets You Apart**:
- Understanding of ASIC design flow, including RTL design, verification, and timing analysis.
- Familiarity with DRAM DFT verification.
- Experience with digital and analog simulation tools such as Finesim and Hspice.
