- Responsible to ensure product quality, evaluating and maintaining production processes through the philosophy of continuous improvement, using statistical and non-statistical tools and interacting with other departments.
- Develops and maintains the Quality System in the production lines, according to the procedures established to comply with Quality standards, monitoring the performance of the main quality indicators, through the use of statistical tools, research and in-depth analysis and interacting with the necessary departments to achieve the established quality goals.
- Develops, implements and maintains work procedures on production lines by designing SWI (Standard Work Instruction), visual aids, parameter sheets and specific work instructions to ensure product quality.
- Support in TPM activities.
- Support the creation of LPA audits checklist according to procedures and perform audits as applicable.
- Resposible to perform the problem solving in an structure way (A3, quality tools).Develops, evaluates and maintains corrective,



preventive and/or continuous improvement actions in the process by monitoring the performance of the main quality indicators, through the use of statistical tools, research and in-depth analysis and interacting with other departments and follows up on customer complaints.
