We are currently looking for a **Tooling and Process Equipment Engineer** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you are responsible for developing, specifying, purchasing, and installing tools, process equipment, and power tools in the Mexico plant.
**Responsibilities**:
Identifying equipment used in other plants to be copied/adapted for Mexico plant, unique equipment development, purchasing and installations of equipment, and power tools in the Mexico plant
- Develop tools, process equipment, and power tools, ensuring they follow local requirements and national and local legislation.
- Participate and follow project activities.
- Coordinate technical support during the development process and purchasing process.




- Manage equipment related to time plan to pass the project gates.
- Write the scope of supply, perform validation of the scope of supply, participate in factory acceptance test at the supplier site, secure fulfillment of legislation requirements.
- Act as coordinator during installations.
**Requirements**:
- Tool design (mechanical, pneumatic, electric and hydraulic).
- Catia (and other CAD systems).
- FEM calculations.
- Legislation (specific legislation in Mexico) connected to process installations and tool design.
- Cost estimations and calculations, Business case calculations.
- Advanced engineering (robotic, 3D printing and scanning).
- Project Management (PSM and EEM for equipment).
- Minimum 2-4years of Tooling and Equipment Engineering experience.
- As all documentation is in English, proficiency in the English language is required.
