Manage and organize all actions and activities related to the Supply Chain to meet customer requirements, from receiving demands, planning and scheduling the production of the finished product, to its timely delivery.
Manages the supply of materials to meet the Sales and Operations Plan Ensures the processes and resources required to produce and deliver manufactured products.
Ensures the supply of raw materials and production scheduling for the short, medium, and long term.
Maintains an optimal inventory level to meet the production schedule and financial goals. Responsible for the policies, guidelines, and requirements of the organization regarding Supply Chain matters.
Responsible for the following areas: Direct Purchasing, Planning, Production Control, Warehouse, and Logistics.
Leads the Material Cost Reduction initiatives for the Plant in collaboration with Global Procurement.
Ensures that all applicable controls are implemented to maintain inventory integrity.
Manages, negotiates, and administers the department's budget process, as well as the strategies and action plans to meet defined objectives.



Validates and authorizes the procedures and Standard Operating Procedures
Implements and structures continuous improvement projects.
Experiência y requisitos
10 years or more of experience Supply Chain Management.
Advanced knowledge of manufacturing processes, planning, material procurement, expert in ERP/MRP, P&L;, Customer Management, advanced Microsoft Office, CPIM-APICS certification, Lean initiatives
Leadership, Negotiation skills, Problem analysis and solving, Proactivity, Decision-making, Results-oriented.
