**LANGUAGE LEAD - LATIN AMERICAN SPANISH**
**What You Will Do**:
- Manage test translation for Latin American Spanish by providing analysis and guidance on results
- Create and maintain guidelines for Latin American Spanish quality management
- Create and maintain style guides for Latin American Spanish
- Create and maintain Glossaries for Latin American Spanish
- Verify deliverables are up to Lionbridge standards for Latin American Spanish
- Ensure customer instructions and internal processes are correctly followed by linguists
- Ensure language quality processes are correctly followed internally
- Manage communication with external linguistic resources for Latin American Spanish
- Recommend linguistic resources based on project requirements
- Coordinate with Lionbridge language leads to facilitate smooth communication with clients.
- Work with other members of the group, in a team or as a project lead, respecting all procedures.
- Ensure best practices are met across all deliverables.
- Propose workflow optimizations.
- Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders on Latin American Spanish quality.
**To Be Successful, You Will Have**:
- Native level fluency in Spanish, able to provide guidance on the language




- Enjoys managing several products simultaneously and can easily switch context between projects
- Possesses excellent cross-functional negotiation and communication skills
- Has an excellent eye for detail
- Excellent command of the English language is essential
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong video games translation experience is required
- Linguistic degree is a real plus
- Strong team player
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Adaptable and proactive approach to tackling tasks
- Use of CAT software (memoQ is a big plus)
- Eager to learn and become proficient in new tools
