**Responsibilities**
- Delivers workshop on demos
- Process expertise in one or more areas
- Provides process definition guidance and best practices
- Monitoring of deliverables before implementation
- Manage client communications to ensure the effectiveness of the process strategy
- Process development and maintain optimizations programs
- Update and maintain all process documentation
- Design processes and standardize, improve or redesign existing ones
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology or any field related
- 4 years of experience process development, management and improvent
- 2 years of experience in ServiceNow
- Knowledge in;
CPDE
ITIL v3 or 4
Six Sigma
Agile
Prosci
TOGAF
