We are seeking an experienced **Lead Instructional Designer** to join our committed team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creation of instructional materials and training programs for internal consumption
- Application of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices in training resources
- Utilization of various instructional methods and technologies to improve learner engagement and understanding
- Performance of needs assessments and assessment of training program effectiveness
- Supervision and management of a team of instructional designers to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery
- Provision of support and guidance to instructional designers in creating top-quality training materials
- Cooperation with project stakeholders to establish project requirements and outputs
- Maintenance and development of project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and progress reports
- Staying abreast of industry trends and advancements in instructional design to enhance training materials
- Display of strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with stakeholders and team members
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design or a related field
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Proficiency in instructional design tools and technologies, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia
- Background in adult learning theory and instructional design models
- Experience in managing and leading a team of instructional designers




- Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
- Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
