**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage website development projects from conception to completion.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with website developers, designers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure all website projects meet quality standards and are aligned with the latest web development best practices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, and other website platforms, and provide guidance to the team as needed.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure optimal efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular project status meetings with clients and internal teams to provide updates and address any concerns.




- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Website Project Manager or similar role in a digital marketing or web development agency.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress design and development.
- Experience with Shopify and other website platforms (e.g., Magento, Joomla, Wix).
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- Solid understanding of web development technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
