Your Day-to-Day:
- Troubleshoot customer concerns related to our marketing services, offering clear, effective solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to continually improve our knowledge base, focusing on social media, SEO, and digital marketing services.




- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, escalating issues when needed to ensure the best outcomes.
- Uphold company policies and ensure every customer interaction leaves a lasting, positive impression.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of experience in customer service or a similar role, with a passion for helping others.
- Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, and e-commerce platforms to better assist our clients.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to convey complex marketing concepts simply and clearly.
- Problem-solving mindset: You approach challenges with a proactive attitude, ready to find solutions.
- Ability to work independently and within a team, contributing to our supportive, high-energy environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
