**Position Purpose**
Review current store operation processes and concentrate on planning, implementing and successfully completing projects. Managing projects with frequent interaction with a variety of internal and external individuals at different levels of the organization. Project manager communicates with multiple departments to get tasks get done, report on progress and drive projects to completion.
**Primary Accountabilities**
- Analyze business needs, document the requirements from the business perspective and translate this need to Process. Document and standardize internal Store Development processes using Process techniques, diagram and prepare supporting documentation, identify roles and responsibilities of each of the members (RACI Matrix)
- Implement the culture of Continuous Process Improvement.
Establish and monitor the improvement of each of the established processes in such a way as to eliminate obsolescence and maintain the efficiency of each of the processes.
- Establishing KPIs for each process so that monitoring them establishes a guideline for Process Improvements
- Help the different work teams to efficiently perform and execute the monitoring of each of the processes so that the projects that use these processes are successful.
- Coordinate with Stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts, Support Areas, End Users, to manage changes
**Education & Experience**
Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
Area of Study: Business, Projects, Processes
Years of Experience: Five to seven years.
Type of Experience: Process Development, Process Improvements
Special Certifications or Technical Skills: BPM, TQM, Lean Office, PDCA, PMI, Agile
Other/Preferred: Retail experience
