**Job description**
- Responsibilities of an OpenShift Operations engineer:
Designing and managing OpenShift clusters: Ensuring the clusters are highly available, performant, and scalable
- Implementing security best practices: Managing user access control and permissions, and incorporating security policies into the OpenShift platform
- Documenting OpenShift configurations: Ensuring best practices are followedStaying up to date with OpenShift features: Recommending improvements to the infrastructure as needed
- Collaborating with IT security teams: Incorporating security policies and procedures into the OpenShift platformProviding technical support: Addressing system reliability and efficiency challenges
- Driving continuous improvements: Improving deployment pipelines
