We are looking for a Recruiter who wants to make an impact on a fast-growing business, can manage various stakeholders, and can make strategic decisions to continue to build the quality of talent at Qualtrics. We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter who has the ability to pivot seamlessly across various functions as needed, including Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Finance, etc, to attract top talent that meets our diverse hiring needs.

**Things You’ll Do**
- Source, recruit, and hire top professionals across multiple functions with a primary focus on GTM
- Manage the full cycle hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Build trusted partnerships with leadership teams and serve as a partner before, during, and after the recruiting process
- Partner with other departments to drive the recruiting process through on-boarding
**What We’re Looking For On Your Resume**
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the areas of software/tech
- Strong understanding of positions, compensation, techniques and methodologies preferably in the SaaS space
- Familiarity with the sales and technology markets and their ecosystem
- Experience partnering and influencing hiring managers throughout the recruiting cycle




- Expert knowledge in direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniques
