As a Technology VP, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and integration of scalable, secure, and high-performance technology solutions. You will lead a global team to build foundational building blocks, such as microservices, that enhance our product offerings and facilitate seamless integration and deployment across customer and engineering teams.
**About the Role**
In this opportunity as a Technology VP, you will be responsible for:
- Leading a global team of engineers to develop scalable and secure building blocks that integrate easily with customer and internal systems.
- Creating, prioritizing, and executing product releases that transition our asset portfolio to a modern, cloud-compatible platform.
- Developing a leadership team focused on customer-centric delivery and rapid value creation.
- Promoting the adoption of modern technologies through our central platform.
- Driving technology simplification and rationalization across the portfolio by enabling technology re-use.
- Establishing product development standards to ensure reliability and performance.
- Collaborating with internal departments to develop strategic recommendations.
- Building and tracking performance metrics, enhancing existing metrics and reports.
- Evaluating emerging technologies to support product strategy and vision.
- Ensuring quality product releases and improved engineering standards throughout the SDLC.
- Advancing our API strategy with internal and external stakeholders.
- Fostering partnerships with key ecosystem partners to drive modern integrations.
- Setting focus on non-functional requirements based on business strategy and risk.




- Providing thought leadership on platforms, standards, and architecture patterns.
- Staying current on technology and architecture trends.
- Promoting cross-product synergies to support cross-selling opportunities with major customers.
- Managing program and project delivery within scope, budget, and quality metrics.
- Overseeing third-party delivery partners to enhance efficiency and value.
- Ensuring programs deliver expected business and commercial results.
- Managing development resources across geographies, including third-party suppliers.
**About You**

- Solid understanding of software engineering, operations, and security principles.
- Proven experience with software engineering tools and methodologies.
- Ability to build and manage financial plans and drive organizational change.
- Ability to inspire and influence across the organization.
- Advanced technical knowledge from varied development roles.
- Experience with high-volume, client-facing cloud products.
- Passion for cognitive computing initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
