**POSITION RESPONSABILITIES
**1. **Supervising whole process at Receiving (In’s, out’s, allocation, safety, security, cc, chemical handling, etc.)
**2. **Assigning, controlling and supervising whole Receiving tasks
**3. **Keeping accurate records about in’s outs and balance in Receiving
**4. **Approving ins and outs checking PO’s or documents as necessary
**5. **In charge of general Receiving physical inventory
**6. **Responsible of training new Receiving personnel
**7. **Daily control of receiving and Dispo.
**8. **Assure the correct administration of receiving in service PO’s
**9. **Complete and provide daily reports as necessary (Maintain Dispo report)
**10. **Keep Receiving in good conditions (Housekeeping, safety, security 5’s execution and control)
**11. **Complete additional tasks as necessary according receiving and warehouse needs
**12. **Promote and follow safety process and procedures
Experiência y requisitos
**III. POSITION PROFILE**
**1. **BS in Engineering Completed,



Technical career as a minimum
**2. **Experience in Physical Inventory process
**3. **English 75% language level (Written and speaking)
**4. **Knowledge in Microsoft Office software
**5. **Knowledge in ERP software (Oracle, SAP, AX)
**6. **Personnel management (15 people at least)
**7. **Good knowledge in receiving and warehouse management
**8. **At least 2 years as Receiving/Warehouse Supervisor
**9. **Basic SOX knowledge
**10.** Open availability
