**Position Overview**:
**Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities**:
- Proactively seek regular feedback from sales leadership and field on customer problems, priorities and opportunity areas that can be addressed with regular and consistent reporting.
- Field ad hoc content and support requests from the Sales team.
- Manage and enforce the proposal request process (contracting, quoting, etc.).
- Work within a variety of systems including but not limited to: Salesforce, Tableau, and QAD.
- Work with a broad set of key stakeholders to support and maintain innovative sales and technical sales enablement programs & systems.
- Consistently analyze opportunities to accelerate sales cycle through sales tools.




- Manage the sales enablement content repository.
- Assist with the preparation of reports by collecting information in coordination with sales management.
**Requirements/Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Strong presentation skills / power point development.
- Advanced problem-solving and analysis skills.
- Superior oral and written communication skills.
- High level of organization and detail-orientation.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative.
- Good attitude toward teamwork as well as the ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize / excellent time management.
