**Weekly compensation plan**:
- $150.00 USD base pay
- $5 USD 1st lead of the day, $10 USD 2nd one and $15 USD for the 3rd and more
- Weekly prizes for top performers: $150 1st, $75 2nd & $50 3rd
- Average performers make $300 USD, top performers make around 450-500 USD
**Schedule**:
- Monday through Friday
- 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM PST
**Activities**:
- Connect to our dialer and proactively prequalify prospects
- Address inquiries (Overcome objections)
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system (Notes and dispositions).

**Qualifications**:
- Proficient soft skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with prospects.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting preferred.
- Results driven mindset, with a drive to exceed targets.
