**Job Summary**:
Human Resources Managers oversee internal staffing and manage the training programs for employees working on UBE and UBI initiatives. They also assist with external workforce development collaborations.
**Rate in USD: $15 - $17 (per Hour)**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with mission and goals.
- Recruit, train, and support employees in customer success, outreach, and benefits administration roles.
- Establish training programs for employees to understand disability, unemployment, and insurance benefit processes.
- Collaborate with Workforce Solutions and other partners to create job training and placement opportunities.
- Promote equity and inclusion in all hiring and training practices.
**Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of HR management experience, preferably in a nonprofit or health-related field.
- Familiarity with employment benefits systems and Workforce Solutions programs.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
