Job Summary:
Community Outreach Coordinators are responsible for building relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and individuals to promote programs. They focus on marketing, gaining subscriptions, and referring participants to behavioral health and
rehabilitation programs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies to promote Universal Based
- Employment and Income (UBE + UBI) programs.
- Conduct outreach to local businesses, nonprofits, and government entities to establish partnerships.
- Market subscription-based services and drive enrollment growth.
- Provide referrals to behavioral health services, vocational rehabilitation, and life management
- resources.
- Organize community events, workshops, and informational sessions to increase awareness.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in sales, marketing, or outreach roles.
- Background in life insurance, health management, or benefits administration preferred.




- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet subscription targets.
