**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales and Customer Service**:
- Engage with prospective and existing clients in English and Spanish to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and close sales opportunities efficiently.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for bilingual clients.
- Identify market trends and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of proven success in a sales role, preferably in a bilingual setting.
- **Language Skills**: Native or near-native fluency in both **English and Spanish** (oral and written).
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
- **Goal-Oriented**: Ability to work independently and as part of a team while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Familiarity with cultural nuances of English
- and Spanish-speaking markets.
- Experience in customer relationship management tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.
