This position is responsible to define and keep local and general standardization and manufacturing processes at the level required to meet production demand, as well as introduction of new product introduction into production.
**What your day will look like**:
- Lead NPI & industrial engineering team and resources base on company policy and business strategy of LEGO.
- Assure production processes defined meets confidentiality and product quality LEGO requirements.
- Focus Industrial engineering team on maintain production routings and work instructions updated to assure define performance and quality of the processes and product.
- Assure smooth and efficient new product introduction process.
- Lead and encourage the effective utilization of the complexity process locally and assure global alignment “Simplicity room”
- Empower the team on continuous develop and search for new opportunities to proactively improve our processes on safety, quality, delivery, cost & moral perspective.
- Lead, participate and support actively on projects that impact the goals of the department and company.
- Collaborate with all local and global departments on standardization of material and process specifications to be align and within LEGO requirements.
- Promote continuous professional development of the team.
- Assure team to follow and support Quality and Safety norms and standards defined by LEGO.
