**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement new features and functionalities.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders as needed.
- Ensure that all development work adheres to best practices, industry standards, and company guidelines.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure quality and consistency across projects.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an AS400 Developer with a strong understanding of IBM iSeries systems.
- Experience with RPG, CL, DB2, and other AS400 technologies.
- Experience in system integrations and ensuring seamless interaction between AS400 and other platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time remote work setting.
- Strong communication skills in English (C1) for collaborating with international teams.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing requirements and new technologies.
**Desirable Skills**:




- Familiarity with cloud environments and integrating AS400 with cloud technologies.
