**Job Description**:
**1.**Responsibilities**:
- Develop, implement, and monitor program plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with the Lead Coach and other staff members to ensure effective delivery of coaching and support services.
- Maintain point of contact between plant and PD&R; for NPI.
- Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of multiple large projects.
- Oversees project managers who provides a single point of contact for those projects and take projects from original concept through final implementation.
- Defines project scope and objectives.
- Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans,



and status reports.
- Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis.
- Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
- Optimizes resource utilization and achievement of client expectations.
- Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and, reviews vendor deliverables.
- Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team.
- Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.
- Makes decision on client requirements and change in schedules.
- Ensures budgetary compliance.
- Assesses risks and develops mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
Qualifications:
Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 8 years related experience. PMP or equivalent certification required.
Broad expertise in project planning methodologies. Expert in coordinating and prioritizing resources between multiple projects. Must have excellent written and verbal skills. Must be able to engage project team members to complete tasks and meet deadlines without direct managerial authority. People Management expertise.
