**Job Description**:
Overall Role Description
Oversee the conversion cost of 3 HVAC plants and give support to the plant director achieve their financial targets. Responsible of leading 2 conversion cost analysts.
Preparation of annual operation plan, monthly forecasts, and budgetary control
- Support in the preparation of productivity targets and assess management how to stay in target regardless of changes in demands and business changes.




- Reconciliation and analysis of variances between forecast and actual results
- Implement tools to ensure forecast accuracy / 95% level
- Weekly spend control tower meetings to revise actual vs forecast
- Support the savings pipeline projects and execution
- Validate savings for all conversion cost projects
- Responsible for finance data collection: earned hours, paid hours, efficiency, headcount, spend
- Reports directly to Finance Director
Qualifications:
- Requires a bachelor's degree.
- Requires at least 8 years related experience.
- Working knowledge of applicable government regulations.
- Knowledge of enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion).
- Advanced aptitude in problem solving.
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to lead and manage.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent English.
