**What you will be doing**:
- Submit all background checks for new hires, domestic and international.
- Oversee event logistics and provide support as needed for recruiting events (i.e. university recruiting, internal meetings, etc.)
- Create and maintain Purchase Orders for Recruiting.
- Troubleshoot scheduling issues as they arise.
- Build internal relationships and drive awareness for generating referrals throughout the company.
- Work with international offices, building out new onboarding processes as needed.
**Here's what you will need to know/have**:




- Able to understand and adapt to rapidly changing priorities and environments.
- Very detail-oriented with effective time management, organizational and problem solving skills.
- Proficient with Google Apps (Mail, Calendar, Docs, etc.).
- You have strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Experience in optimizing processes and increasing efficiency.
- BA/BS degree
- 1-2 years of recruiting coordination, assistant, or scheduling experience won’t hurt.
- Prior experience at a start-up working in a high growth environment.
- Previous experience using an applicant tracking system is a plus.
