Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and close deals.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Maintain an updated client database and record all interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends to management.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the construction industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.




- A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

- Starting as a part-time role with Mexican Pesos/month plus bonus based on performance
