**The Position**: This role is responsible for Planning maintenance activities (internal labor, internal materials, external services & external materials) for Mechanic, Electric & Instruments equipment installed in Utilities & Port, focused on safety, reliability, cost control & asset care.
**What you will do**:
- Planning Preventive and Predictive maintenance programs (Mechanical, Electrical and Instrument Discipline)
- Ensure the availability of asset information into the SAP system.
- Ensure updated information of the asset/equipment within SAP system (reliability)
- Ensure the availability of spare parts and materials in SAP, maintaining the system updated.
- Create working orders, requisitions, reservation (internal and external) to ensure the availability of the material and technicians.
- Visit working area to ensure effectiveness maintenance planning.
- Maintain SAP work orders spool updated.
- Effective control and monitoring for Maintenance annual budget
- Comply with and enforce the responsibilities, autorities and policies of the Site: Quality, SHE.
**What you will bring**:
**Level of education & knowledge**:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Planning and Execution maintenance program (mechanical,



electrical and instrument discipline)
**Experience in general**:
- 5 years performing maintenance activities in Chemical industry
- Safety knowledge
- **Technical skills**:
- SAP system: PM module
- MS Office
- Resources Management
- English - Medium

- Written and verbal communication
- Responsability and Reliability
- **Physical demands**:
- Walkaround (seveal levels, hot temperatures), climb ladders, long time in desk.
