**Role Overview**
The **Graphic Designer** is a key part of the Design Team, responsible for creating high-quality print and digital ads that effectively represent our clients. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Design Client Ads**:
- Create visually compelling print and online ads that align with client requests.
- Ensure all designs meet quality standards, accuracy, and required specifications.
- Complete assigned design work within designated deadlines.
- **Content Management & Coordination**:
- Utilize the CRM system to track incoming and completed design tasks.
- Set up and update online winner pages for clients as needed.
- Proof printed guides to ensure design consistency and accuracy.
- **Collaboration & Additional Projects**:
- Work closely with Account Managers and franchise owners to meet design needs.
- Assist with various marketing and campaign-related design projects.
- Adapt to different brand styles while maintaining a high level of creativity.
**Qualifications & Skills**

Excellent graphic design skills** - Strong portfolio showcasing creative, high-quality designs.




- ** Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite** - Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- ** Creative mindset** - Ability to design ads with mínimal direction while maintaining brand consistency.
- ** Strong English skills** - Fluent in spoken and written English, with excellent grammar and structure.
- ** Attention to detail** - Ability to proof designs for accuracy, ensuring they meet size and spec requirements.
- ** Problem-solving mindset** - Ability to troubleshoot design challenges and provide effective solutions.
- ** Ability to multitask** - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- ** Work well under pressure** - Capable of producing quality work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- ** Experience**: 2-3 years in Graphic Design(Adaptable)
- ** Software Proficiency**: Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop (Adobe Acrobat is a plus)
**Work Schedule**: The position requires coverage from**Monday to Friday**, with shifts from
**8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. or 7:00AM to 5:00PM PST**
