We are looking for an experienced **Scrum Master II** to lead our Agile-oriented teams, aiming to optimize communication flows, enhance tool and metric tracking, and ensure the delivery of superior projects. This vital role focuses on boosting team effectiveness and implementing strategies that are critical for achieving exceptional outcomes.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead the execution of all SCRUM ceremonies to maintain efficient workflows
- Identify and clear roadblocks to facilitate continuous team progression
- Promote robust communication and collaborative efforts across different teams
- Compile accurate status reports and maintain metrics that gauge team performance
- Maintain and optimize the use of JIRA, ensuring it reflects up-to-date project information
- Spearhead initiatives to boost team efficiency and productivity
- Identify potential project risks and issues, suggesting actionable mitigation plans
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of IT experience
- At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master with a solid background in managing Agile projects
- Demonstrated expertise in fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proven track record in resolving complex issues
- Robust knowledge of SDLC and quality assurance processes within Agile environments
- Practical experience in teams focusing on Micro-services, APIs, and cross-channel services
- Advanced skills in utilizing JIRA for project reporting and metric management
- Excellent communication capabilities with a B2+ level of proficiency in English
