Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays - 5+ years Operations Management experience in manufacturing, production, distribution environment or related industry Must be versátil to work any shift 7 days/24 hours including Holidays - Supervisory responsibility for a minimum of 100 hourly employees - Basic/Working knowledge of Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques preferred. - Excel skills required. - English and Spanish Proficient
- 2+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
- MBA from IIM/XLRI
- Proficiency in Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques preferred
- Post MBA experience
- BE/B.Tech Engineering, Operations or related field.
